My Friend
Let me introduce my friend at first. His full name is Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich. But he is called Andrew by all his friends and family. He was born on the 3 of July in 1985. And now he is 15. He is happy enough because he is not the only child in the family. He has got a brother. By the way, he is a pupil of the ninth form of our school. Frankly speaking, he is really very busy all the time, but when he is free, it happens rather seldom, he likes to read books, watch TV and listen to music. His favorite writer is Steven King. During his summer vacation he likes to travel somewhere especially abroad. He visited many countries such as Netherlands, Russia, The Ukraine, Spain, and Denmark. Sometimes in this countries he goes to the museums and art galleries. His favorite painter is Michelangelo. The main purpose of travelling is to relax, to change the scene. A lot of people travels in search of knowledge or just simply for adventures. Some words about his appearance. It sounds unnaturally but everyone who meets him and his family says that he is the living image of his dad. He is tall - above average height and quite heavily built. He has got a black haircut. His blue eyes are very expressive. He has got a rather long face with a thin chin, a big nose and big ears. His lips are straight and he has a serious expression. His face changes a lot when he smiles. He has a high forehead - he likes to think that it looks intelligently. He says that he doesn`t think he is very good-looking, but he is not that bad looking either. He probably looks a bit younger for his age. What concerns his family, it`s not very large. It consists of four members: his father, his mother, his brother and him. It`s an average belorussian family. He gets on with all the members of the family very well. He confides in them because of the great family love. His father is 41 of age. He is the engineer in one firm. His mother is 42. She is a mineral surveyor. She works a lot. She does her house-work very seldom because she has a woman in who helps her to do it very often. His brother is 13. He is a pupil. His brother is pupil of our school too. Finishing my topic, I`d like to add that at week-ends his family usually goes to the country side. But most of all he likes family celebrations. I think that they are happy together and wish one another only the best out of the best.
